Pull forsking back?

Should I try and pull my forskin back while jelqin? I was thinking that maybe the skin is too tight and therefore slowing the growth of my head? or is this all bullshit?

The skin over your head will stretch, so don’t worry about pulling it back, just concentrate on that feeling of blood movement around the penis.

Pulling back the foreskin while jelqing is going to complicate things and, perhaps, will increase the level of erection to much. Just leave it as it is.
