Pt-141

I am one of the few who get extreme heartburn and crippling back pain from Cialis. Hearburn I can deal with but the back pain is incredible. Dr says the Cialis relaxes muscles in the lower back making it easier for an injury because the spine has less support. Once an injury happens inflammation sets in and keeps me off my feet for two weeks..

So. I been looking into Pt-141 as a replacement. From what I understand it does not work like Cialis and other peg inhibitors. It works in the brain increasing desire.

Does it give heartburn and back pain like Cialis?
I have some ordered and hopefully will be testing it this weekend. I have read all I could about it but would appreciate this groups insight.

What is the dosage of Cialis that you are taking and how frequently do you take it?

I get horrible back pain from cialis as well - even at doses as low as 5mg/day. However, I can tolerate 3mg/day. I do not get any significant side effects from levitra.

Have you tried daily low dose cialis or another PDE5 inhibitor? It seems like quite a jump to go from cialis to PT-141. Although I’m not judging if you go that route - I have a vial in my peptide fridge. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
