While fully erect, grab the base of the penis with an overhand OK grip. Once the grip is secure, loosen it a little then pump more blood by flexing the PC muscle and then tighten the grip to trap the blood. Repeat this until maximum engorgement is achieved and then hold tight with the grip. Release the grip (and the trapped blood) to relax and then start all over again. I also kinda stroke the head a bit all the while to stimulate and therefore keep the erection.
Is this procedure safe and can be considered a PE exercise? From what I read about Uli, it’s supposed to be done with semi-erection only.
