Protein to help build those gains?
Pretty new to the page, but this may be a silly question..
Knowing that there is a big difference between body building and penis enlargement.. I’d thought I’d just throw out the question, if we’re working out our penis (which is a muscle right?).. Then surely protein after your workout should in theory help with the building process post workout?
Sorry if I’m sounding dumb again.. But thought id ask anyway! ;)
