Hey guys. Thought I’d see if anyone has experience with this and what they did about it.

I’m currently on a routine of the v-stretches mentioned in bennett8’s thread (LH pulls down, RH up at base; LH down, RH up at mid-shaft; LH left, RH right at base, etc.) combined with small sets of 10-20 dry jelqs between switching fulcrum/pulling hands and once I’ve finished stretching. I’ve been experiencing good PI’s (increased morning wood and erection frequency, longer flaccid, no discoloration) along with a little soreness/fatigue, but nothing that would seem to indicate over-training. Yesterday was my second rest day (5-on, 2-off with weekends being my off days) and my girlfriend just got back into town after us being apart for a month, so naturally we screwed each other’s brains out hehe. It was also the first time I’ve ever been given a prostate orgasm. The intensity was absolutely insane; I’ve never felt my balls completely drained like that before and the duration was longer than my regular orgasms on top of that. I’m supposed to start my routine back up today but have still been feeling the soreness/fatigue of yesterday so I’ll be taking today off as a precaution and starting back up tomorrow. For those of you who’ve had prostate orgasms, did you take time off the next day to recuperate a bit or did you go back to your normal routine as scheduled?

How can you have prostate orgasm when you had supposedly ejaculation. Man if you ejaculated you will feel the soreness in the next day.

There is a difference between prostate orgasm (which is no touching penis, just the prostate, strong kegel’s muscle) and prostate ejaculation (which you touch your penis, usually guys have weak kegel’s muscle).

If you feel soreness in your penis, then take a break day if you feel you have to.
