Hi guys.

Been doing the PE thing for a few months now. Started out with the newbie routine. Nothing really happened! Tried upping the jelqing time and still no go! Recently I’ve experimented with Uli #3, Jelq Squeezes and O-Bends. I feel a bit girthier now, probably gained ~.3 inch. I know it’s a bit early in my PE journey to start these more advanced exercises, but they’ve been working!

I’ve looked at the PI’s and notice many positive indicators, and no negative ones.

What I’m most curious about is, since I’m still a newbie, how hard I should hold my Ulis and jelq squeezes. I definitely don’t want to hurt myself. I currently Uli until I feel my penis very engorged and deep read; the veins pop out too. Is this about right or too much?

My current routine is

5 min warm up
5 min stretching
10-15 minutes jelqing
3 minutes jelq squeeze
5-7 minutes Ulis
5-10 minutes O-Bends
5 minutes stretching

Essentially I PE until my hands get tired.

Any help would be appreciated. Feel free to critique anything!

Do it with the same grip as you were when you were gaining. A lot of focus on girth exercises. You targeting girth currently? Do some more stretching, almost to balance the amount of time on the girth exercises.

I was just more curious about how hard I should grip and how much blood I should trap in the area above my grip. Like I said I don’t want to grip too hard and blow a vein.

I know about the length before girth thing, and since I’m 7.5x4.7, I’d rather focus on girth. You’re right though, I should do some more stretching.

One more thing, my head got kinda blotchy-looking with two bisecting vein-looking things; any clue what this is? Gripping too hard maybe? This happened a few hours after my routine when I was flaccid.

If your dick head gets cold likely your gripping to hard.

I would increase warm up time and stretching time. Kegel after you do all your PE.

Blotchy from doing what? I doubt veins in the penis blow very easily. After a lot of misuse then yes it most likely will. Gradually increase your grip. Ex. Light grip first 3 weeks, medium grip 4 weeks, hard grip-until you cannot gain anymore, really hard- shock.

Kingpole, no the head is not cold at all, rather hot acutally.

Aom91, it’s kinda hard to describe, but the head just looks kind of ‘beat up’ a few hours after a session. The meatus (the area around the pee hole) is kinda puckered and swollen too. I would guess that it’s blotchy from the Ulis or the jelq squeeze.

How much time would y’all recommend for stretching? Currently I do rotor stretches, BTC stretches and other pull and hold stretches; working on the JAI stretch too. V-stretches don’t really work too well for me right now, but I’m keeping on trying them.

What’s a wulis?

After the whole session eh. Usual causes for blotchyness near the head is too much pressure (intensity, whatever you want to call it). After the jelq sqeeze, do some reverse jelqs or horses (to kind of remove blood from the head).

I think as for a girth routine 2/3 of your girth exercise time should be used for stretching. Ex. 15 minutes girth routine, then 10 minutes of length routines. Use a lot of different types of stretches. V stretches, I think work very well after a period of fowfers. Try this mod for the V stretch if you dont do it already.When you extend the penis. Press at the base for like 20 seconds, mid shaft for another 20 secs and the glans for another 20. 5 second break then do again.

Yeah I meant w/ulis, but since I’m stupid, I typed wulis. Doh!

I’ll keep the 15 min/10 min thing in mind next session. Sometimes it’s tough to do some of the stretches and exercises due to my annoying peyronie’s! I’ll work in the v stretch more. I just started doing some reverse jelqs to get some of the blood outta the head.

One question about the Uli: Do you rest between repetitions and get blood out of the shaft or keep going straight into the next rep with the blood trapped in the shaft between reps. Does it even matter?

Spanky, mix up V stretches with inverted V stretches if you want. You can rest between ulis if you need to but I rather not for more intenisty.
