Progressing from Newbie to Advanced
I´m still far away from being an advanced PEer, but I have some doubts about the Newbie Routine and the way one progresses to reach a more advanced level.
1. Should the Newbie Routine be performed only once a day ?
2. If it should be performed only once a day, can other “light” exercises, such as some gentle stretching or jelqing, for example, be done, if one has the time ? I ask this because I think that, even though PE is a long journey, I believe some benefits might be possible if a constant effort is made, of course, being careful so as to not over train the penis and being attentive to positive/ negative PI´s. I will start using my extender right after my daily exercises, albeit with reduced tension, in order to try and keep my penis stretched and improve gains.
3. This question, in my opinion, deserves a thread of it’s own, but here it goes. Is it beneficial to shave my pubic hair in order to maximize the IR lamp´s heat penetration, targeting ligaments that are buried inside, or the only effect will be the cooking of my fat pad (and maybe even a sizzling sound :) ) ? Unfortunately, I don´t have good manual abilities, but I was thinking, also, of a movable light fixture, in order to target the whole penis and distribute heat more evenly, since I can feel some difference depending on the position of the lamp.
