To all the PE Vet’s,

I’ve done multiple searches in the forums to attempt to find the answer to these question.

1. What were the first visual and physical signs you experienced when you were experiencing growth periods?
2. When was your greatest gain? When you first started or did it occur later?
3. What was your greatest gain in the shortest period of time?

1. My first sine was like in 3 weeks
2. For now it’s 1.5cm = 0,60 inch
3. Don’t know that

Look just do you’re PE work outs and do it slow.I was to ambitious in the beginning and I was a bit crazy when I started. First make you’re goals. Second don’t do it fast and hard like me because you want see any gains faster, slower and in more periods is better. Don’t only thing about work-outs, think a lot about how you’re dick fells and do brain or mental work outs. You need to have a positive status about you’re dick and about PE. Maybe it’s crazy but it works, just say this “I have a big dick, it’s growing every day and I’m not gonna hurt it when I do PE” you can say it as much as you want. It’s great I read a Post on that and it was very interesting and it helps!Believe me you’re grow will be 100% if you do it whit 100% hart and soul! Maybe this all sounds stupid but I guarantee it works!

Worked for me, the above positive affirmation, great post to a great thread.

Fastest growth period for me was in the first six months, and just few months ago.

My penis got bigger.

Hmmm, perhaps 6-12 months into PE? The manual stuff did little for me and I started hanging 4 months in. The majority of my gains came during periods when I was hanging +10 hours/week.

3. What was your greatest gain in the shortest period of time?

I just read this post from the perspective of a newer guy and find it entirely unhelpful! :)

Good questions. I am a newbie, working on my 4th week, and trying to stick to the newbie routing. I am 2 on and 1 off, will increase jelqs by 100 each week and stretching by 1 minute each week until I reach the 600 jelq and 10 min. Of stretching per the newbie routine. Almost a month in I cannot see any difference visually, which I was hoping for and trying to hold off on measuring until the end of 6 weeks. All of that to say, these were questions I was asking myself and wondering answers to. It is good to hear different time-frames, because I think we can read some of these threads and think a miracle is going to happen in the first month.

Feelings of fatigue, causing me to sometimes have to discontinue specific exercises, and to take a day or two a week off.

Plus, check out this thread etc.

Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!

Personally, I find the most reliable PI to be fatigue.

Most PEers experience their fastest and easiest gains within the first few months of starting. Generally these are referred to as ‘Newbie Gains’.

As for greatest gains, I make my best gains basically when I’m consistent with my efforts. Consistency is absolutely key to PE— without consistent, dedicated effort you will probably make no gains.

My personal maximum gain-rate in an eighth of an inch in a month.

The quality of your jelqs is far more important to getting results than the numbers. That is a very fast increase rate; please don’t sacrifice quality for quantity. :)

Make your jelqs last longer 3-5 seconds at first then as you get more conditioned 10-15 seconds.

Hey hopeful, don’t think “I want my penis to become bigger as soon as possible”.

Of course we al want that. But everybody is different, and trying to get your dick to grow as fast as it can may lead to an injury.

Have patience and believe it will grow.

3 to 5 seconds works well for me; I vary my grip to create the sort of pressure I want over a 4 second or so cycle; that would be my most standard jelq pattern. I do sometimes go quite a bit faster or slower, because invariably every different speed has a slightly different efffect.
