Progress PICTURES threads?

So I’ve been reading progress logs and other posts about gains, but find it hard to find evidence as pictures about gains.
Searching didn’t reveal much, possibly because this is a quite fuzzy search string.

Someone got a good thread at hand or other suggestions?
