I’ve been at PE for over 7 weeks and i’ve an erection 6.5”NBP and 7”BP. I’m up 1/2” on my stats where I started almost 2 months ago. I’ve been doing my own slight variation of the newbie routine 2 days on and 1 day off. 5 Mins warm wrap, stretches and basic jelq, 20 mins to start up to 30 mins as i’ve progressed. During this time i’ve not done any hanging or any other exercise because I don’t want to hurt myself.

I’ve noticed during this time that my flaccid penis has been getting bigger as well as bigger erections. The only negative effects i’ve experienced so far are sore and dry skin on my penis and it would appear my base pubic hairs have moved up my shaft a little.

Tonight I managed to pull my erection to 7.5”BPL but it required a large erection and a lot of effort. I’m wondering what I could do next to get to my mid goal of a solid 7.5”BP. Should I do a more vigorous jelq method or should I do more stretches or even try hanging?

I have to say at first i was skeptical about this PE thing but i’m very very excited now at the possibility of having a nice 8” penis in the future.

Do you mean I should stick to my current routine and not try anything else yet? If this is correct how long should I do the present routine without gains before I try something new?

My thoughts at the moment are that i should maybe try something new every now and again amidst my present routine and build on a harder routine now that my penis is conditioned somewhat.

You could go to a five on two off schedule and see if that makes any diffference. You are making gains, so major changes are not necessary. For your dry skin, try some vitamin E oil on your penis skin. It’s very thick and should be applied at at time when it can remain on and do some good (such as before going to bed, with a bath/shower in the morning).

Like West said, anytime you can use the vitamin E lotion and if you must make a change in your routine make sure it is not major. I jelq using that as a lube and I’ve never noticed any dry skin or anything like that. Yes do stick with the same basic routine. While you’re gaining there is no sense to move up to something like hanging, clamping, etc. Good luck.

Can he hang a couple golf weights? I’ve been wearing 3 golf weights along with my newbie routine since Oct. 6th with no problems. 3 weights, 2” stretch wrap and scotch tape. I talc it before I put the weights on. Try 2 first if you want.

I have been in for almost a month and have gained a huge 3/4 ” erect doing what sounds to be similar to you. I ain’t changing a thing right now until the gains stop. I had a LOT of about nine so this may be why I have had the quick gain as I haven’t gained in girth much yet but the stretching is working great. I agree with the others, if it’s working don’t change it yet. Good luck in all of our quest to hang like Ron Jeremy.

Thanks everybody. I’ve decided to stick to my present routine and see where that will take me in the next month.

Has anybody reading my post gone from 6.5”BP to 8”BP? If so how long did it take? I’d really like to know.
