Progress 4 months on and what to do next
Hi,
I started the basic newbie routine 4 months ago, I would have reported any changes after 3 months but I’ve missed about 3 weeks worth of newbie routine due to illness. But here’s the gains I’ve reached so far. I must add that I don’t do a proper warm up with a hot towel, tho stretches kegels and jelqing have been followed.
March 1st measurement = bpel 6.5 girth mid-shaft 5.9
June 05 = bpel 6.8 girth mid-shaft 6.1
Looking down on it it still looks the same but the tape measure says otherwise. So far I,m happy with the gains though I think I would have been a bit better if I stuck to the routine properly.
My aim is to get it to be how it used to be 7.5”
So where do I go from here?
Should I start adding clamping or stretching?
