Ok, I am curious, I posted in another msg what my current program is, but iw ant to know what the best program would be for me to start out with, right now the routine is as follows

Warm up 2 minutes
Stretch 10 times quick stretches
warm up 2.5 minutes
1-10 days 40 jelqs followed by the shake off, and 4 minute heat
11-20 days 80 jelqs and every 10 day period up 40 jelqs until you hit the 150th day
next is the stretch
Stretch 20 times, holding for 10 seconds
relax and do another 20 stretches while contracting your PC muscle so that you feel the pull in the stretch. I would like to know if there is a better routine out there to start out with. I know that after 4 days, my penis does feel a little fatter. but it dosnt measure out to be fatter, i can just feel the tissue inside being a little thicker. Im thinking that girth results will show up eventually. another question is. Are jelqs more for girth or length. and whats the best way to get girth. I am not into weights or anything of that nature, Id rather do the exercises. I hope taht this stuff really works without consequences later on in life, but hey thats what viagras for right lol, just kidding. anyways thanks in advance for some of your inputs.

As far as jelqing goes, if I’m not mistaken I’ve heard some people saying jelq at 30-40% erect for length, and 60-70% erect for girth. And I’ve also heard that wet jelqs are better for length and dry jelqs better for girth. For that reason I personally do wet jelqs at 30-40% erect, and dry jelqs at 60-70%!

Re-re-start!: 6 Feb 17: 6.9" BPEL x 4.9" EG & 5.5" head. As of: 23 Feb 17: 7.0" BPEL x 5.0" EG & 6.0" head.

Ideal: ASAP: 8+" BPEL x 5.5+" EG & 6.5+" head But will continue if the going is good!!

Seems good, just be both consistent and listen to your penis. If you feel you can do more, do it. If you feel it’s a tad too much, back off.

Personally I find it better to take the time rather than counting the jelqs, but you’ll find you what’s best for you after some time.

I was trying to equate your jelq count to time and not coming up with a very long routine. By now, you should be jelqing for at least 10 minutes and work your way to 15 minutes. If your schedule allows, eventually bump that up to 20.

I tried the technique that you used for jelqing in one of your posts, and noticed a big difference in they way it felt and looked. I liked it that way better. and yes I agree that the program that IM on, is a little too beginner. it takes all of 15 minutes to do the entire routine. I have a question about LOT. I did the whole LOT test to see where i was at and it was at about 8:30 on the clock scale, meaning that I am easy for gains etc. Now does that mean that I stretch downwards when i stretch? What does that mean exactly. Also, what is a better stretching routine. I dont want to use weights. I would rather do it manually. Iam not necessairly looking for the quickest gains, but Im looking for some. In all actuality im looking for 1 inch of length and possibly an inch of girth. I would be happy with that. making me 7 x 6. I think that its a reachable goal. 1 inch both ways. Then having a maintenace program to keep it concrete. Thanks for any replys :)
