Well I said that I will start my intense routine this week but it hasn’t happened yet. I am doing my girth routine 1on1off but not the length. With this week it will be a whole month of break as far as length work is concerned.
I will definitely start the length routine next Monday. Maybe with a whole month off I will break my plateau. I am considering hanging if my intense length routine doesn’t work. I WOULD APPRECIATE ANY COMMENTS ON HANGING AS FAR AS GAINS AND INJURIES ARE CONCERNED.
