I took a break from PE for 3 months due to some problems. I didn’t exercise the newbie routine long enough and jumped into clamping after 1 month and continued jelqing 4 times a week and clamping 3 times a week for 2 months. This resulted in pain on the left side of my scrotum and some erectile dysfunction (also made some good gains at the time though). So I quit PE with the advice from several people on this forum. I’ve recently felt it was time to start PE again. Remind you after I quit for a week my erectile dysfunction went away and I kept some of my gains. I decided to play it safe for the 3 months with no PE since me and my girl were having good sex anyway. I have no gains anymore as of a few weeks ago and my penis is back to baseline. I decided to start the newbie routine again last week only to find that annoying pain on the left side of my scrotum came back partially and but partial erectile dysfunction is occurring. After 2 days of newbie my penis looked very strong again like it was going to see gains. Only to find today it looks smaller than ever and I couldn’t get it really hard all the way during sex, and had some serious premature ejaculation. My concern is why is this happening after taking such a long break? Did I permanently injure myself with my previous attempt with PE clamping? Is this normal and should I continue with the newbie routine to see if I gain positive results? Do kegels actually help with erectile dysfunction or do the create better chances of erectile dysfunction? Is it OK to balloon with the newbie routine? I ask this because I noticed ballooning towards the end of a newbie session makes my member huge, but I don’t know if this is positive with results. Having an strong erect, smaller, less premature ejaculating penis is more important than having a bigger penis with erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. I want to gain, but I’m going safe this time around and willing to put in a whole lot of time sticking to the newbie routine in fear of damaging my member. My GF knows about me doing PE before because I had to admit about my erectile dysfunction problem because it occurred during sex. It went away after I stopped PE. I want to try and keep it a secret now and see if I can surprise her with a bigger wang. I just don’t want to get problems again and I have to admit to her I started doing PE again and I want to continue having good sex with no worries (even though it hasn’t been often lately) . Advice appreciated

I would see a doctor before resuming any PE activity.

Seems some days I was fine and others I wasn’t
I noticed this much more when drinking alcohol after a clamping session when I first started PE
Now after doing the newbie for a week, it seems my member is just kinda weak when attempting sex
Not sure if this is normal in starting PE again or there is some permanent damage from my mistakes months ago
Either way, I’m going to continue the newbie for another week and if this pain remains I’m seeing a doctor

I’d stop the newbie right now and only do kegels. Take time off until everything feels perfectly normal.

I got numb from putting too much pressure on the dorsal nerve and had to take 10 weeks off before full sensation returned. Now I’ve been back at it for 2 months with proper technique and everything is working great.

Losing some potential newbie gains is nothing compared to risking further injury.

Doctors usually recommend kegels as part of ED treatment, along with drugs such as Viagra and sometimes even pumping.

ED is a disease and if you are having erections some days, you probably don’t have ED. Weak erections or lack thereof can be due to many different causes. Lack of sleep, poor nutrition, among other things do affect erection quality.

I would recommend seeing a doctor if you are experiencing pain and/or inadequacy.
