I’ve been PEing off and on for a year or 2 now but haven’t stuck with it. It’s seems that about a week or so into it my penis gets tired and I just can’t kegel in enough blood to jelq and it seems to shrink down a bit too. I have noticed some permanent growth and that’s why I keep trying PEing but it’s just bothersome when this happens. Does this mean I’m working out to hard to fast or am I not taking breaks when I should. Anyone have any ideas? I’m all ears!

My routine:

Warmup/Massage in the shower
3 min. 60% erect jelq
3 min. 80% erect jelq
3 min. Uli
3 min. Sadsak slinky
3 min. 60% erect jelq
3 min. 80% erect jelq

Seriously, though, do this: pursue PE consistently, and consider taking more rest days. If you’re doing five days on and two days off, maybe you should do two days on and one day off instead.

Take a look at the thread Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth! and adjust your ‘on’ days/off days according to how your body is reacting. If your penis is tired and you just can’t kegel in enough blood to jelq and it’s shrinking down, these are negative PIs and you need to dial things back a bit.

For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

I started up again a week ago and did the 5 days on then took 2 days off but after starting back up on the 8th day it felt weak. So I decided to just let it heal and it’s feeling better already. I think ill just cut back the days and listen to my penis for when I need to back off. Do you think that the gains I got from the first 5 days will go away though?

According to what I’ve read: no. If they do go away for some odd reason, you’ll probably gain them back very quickly.

Have you considered doing a 2 on, 1 off, 2 on, 2 off schedule? I usually give it a whirl when my erections are flagging.

Your over training. That’s all. I do short but very intense workouts. Lighten it up. Don’t hurt him dude. 5 days in a row is not working for you. Would you lift weights 5 days in a row. I wouldn’t. Go 2 on 2 off. Just try it. Rest and recovery.

Otis bruno , a rest is a good idead. But you need to be consistent in order for your dick to get some conditioning.

Add some stretching to your routine.

OR, you can do 3 days first then take one day off, a further 2 days on then rest the rest of the week.

A lot of this depends on your schedule and when you have time available for PE. Your penis does not care whether it’s being exercised on a Monday or a Thursday. The key is to know when you’ve done too much, and optimally to know BEFORE you’ve done too much. Then, it’s important to know how much rest you need before you resume. That may be two on, two off; it may be six on, one off. That’s where taking notes on your routine and your body’s reaction leads to a better understanding of how to adjust your schedule based on your PIs.

I can suggest two on, one off, but only YOU can tell whether that works for you.

OTIS my advise to you is to not follow any kind of schedule with your PE. Only do PE on the days that your erection quality is at 100%. If it feels weak as you said above don’t do any PE that day.

I have the same problem. After PEing for a couple days I’m not able to get as hard as normal but if I give it a day to recuperate I’m back to 100%.

Also Otis is you masturbate a lot try cutting down to only once a week or once every two weeks. Doing this will greatly help stop the loss of erection quality.

One word….kegels. Once you start doing them and that muscle gets strong you’ll be able to open a beer bottle up with your taint. Oh and it improves everything about your dick I think. They say it helps you last longer but it makes it so I can pump blood into my dick. Either way a good PE routine should include these at some point of the day.
