PE is a combination, Not only jelqing and that’s it, No. You must know what to eat, What to drink, Taking a good care of your health, To see a good result. For an example, If you do stretching a lot, And you eat wrong food a lot, Then as your doing nothing at all, And no one here will ever tell you other then this. The reason why is, If you eat wrong food, You will have bigger belly, And the fat pad is kinda part of belly fat, But you can’t reduce it by exercise, ONLY with diet.
When I start PE, I start my diet, I had 5.5 inches erected length, After diet I gained 1 inch and maybe more, Not growth But after the diet I lost the fat pad and I can see my fully length.
EQ is 100% effective in measuring, I lost 0.2 of an inch from my girth when my erection quality is bad, Its normal, But when I have good EQ I simply get it back. And Consider the fact that, Maybe your penis is resisting, Or adapting the routine, Because your newbie, The bottom line, YOU don’t lose in PE, No matter what You don’t lose, If you go hard or easy, You may hurt your self, But you don’t lose your natural size. Maybe other facts like prostate, But when it comes to PE, No you Don’t lose Just chill out, Don’t be panic give it 2 3 days And all will be perfect, Just time to rest, I hope this was useful for you, Good luck.
