Hi guys,

Started jelqing a four days ago, length is still the same but girth is 0.2” smaller?

Slightly worried.

I’ve done 60 a day 3 out of four days.

Any help?


First, don’t do measurements only after a month of practice.

Second, your unit is not like a rigid body to stay always at the same size, Girth varies much with erection level. When it comes the time to measure, du more measurements and take the highest values.

Starting BPEL: 6.9" (Dec.1st, 2008)

Current BPEL: 8.11" NBPEL: 7.63" BPFSL: 9.09"

Current MEG : 5.6"

Maybe you have over trained your the beginning is better do 40/50 jelq..

I PE for a month now and I still do 60/70 jelqs per session.and I increase both my length and girth of 0.4” !

Start= Bpel:7", Meg:4.7", Fl:4".

First Month= Bpel:7.4", Meg:5.1", Fl:4.3"

After a have a few productive length sessions.

My girth seems slightly smaller.

This does not last !!

So don’t fret, you will be fine !!

Take a rest day and then measure again, because your probably overworking your unit.
