Hey guys! I’ve been reading these forums for a while and recently got serious with PE. I made a powerjelq and I’ve been using it for a week. My problem is I can’t stay in a Semi-erect state. I always get an erection. I usually warm up with stretches and not any warm rag or anything. Any tips?

I have to stop about ever 15 strokes of jelqing and get it hard again. It sucks and adds allot of time to my workout but it’s the only way for me.

I have the same problem, just let your erection subside then continue jelqing. I’m hoping sooner or later my dick will get used to it and stop shooting off fireworks when I jelq.

Listen to the radio - really concentrate on some talk based station and you’ll stay semi the whole time..:)

I found out that the radio story works for me as well. Instead of listening to the talk based I prefer smooth somafm at somafm.com - check out their SecretAgent stream, it’s great.

Do some sit-ups or push-ups when you are waiting.

That way your PE sessions will guarantee some visual results
