Hey umm i’ve been doing Pe for about a month now and everything was good, But for the past say 4-5 days i can’t stretch. Every time i go to grab and begin to pull i get erect instantly!!! i wait for flacid and happens agin. Tried doing another hot wrap maybe would numba bit, no dice still erect. I know it sounds weird to complain about super erecions lol but this is one time that i don’t want them. Any help would be nice thanks.

Oh boy.. did I ever run into that problem with stretching! I understand your frustration with the erection. My first month was tough.. stretching will take a long time to accomplish. What I do now is find some very relaxing music that is going to put you in a very calm state (you can find a lot of relaxing music on Youtube). Another thing you can try is watch movie or video to distract your attention.

Although I am not telling you to do this, some PEers did try to ejaculate first before the stretches so the penis stays relatively “flaccid”. This strategy is controversial as some believe that will ruin the workout, and some don’t think ejaculation will harm the PE exercise.

I’m not sure what advice you can be told other then what kubchaser told you already about ejaculating before stretching. This is something that you will eventually get a hang of. And watch out for the I’s, they take grammar very seriously here.

I had the same problem when starting. Occasionally I still do. Just keep working it. Eventually you penis will learned the difference between work time and play time.

Audacia's Tips

I’m basically only doing BTC stretches at the moment. For one they are virtually the best ligament stretch and secondly. If you’re flaccid and quickly grab and pull between the cheeks and up you will find it’s incredibly difficult to get erect this way.

My method is right hand pull for a minute then if you’re quick when you let go quickly get your left hand and do the same. Okay now let go sit for 20 seconds for yourself to become flaccid (this is also good to let blood flow again) and repeat. Do an amount of time that is appropriate to your experience. I finish off by doing some side stretches afterwards. You get a unique stress on the ligaments from that.

Another method is to do your jelqs first, it will fatigue your dick so you can then do whatever stretches you want straight away after.

Of course if all else fails masturbate, ejaculate then 5-10 minutes after stretch. BTC stretching really was a godsend for me though
