I’m basically only doing BTC stretches at the moment. For one they are virtually the best ligament stretch and secondly. If you’re flaccid and quickly grab and pull between the cheeks and up you will find it’s incredibly difficult to get erect this way.
My method is right hand pull for a minute then if you’re quick when you let go quickly get your left hand and do the same. Okay now let go sit for 20 seconds for yourself to become flaccid (this is also good to let blood flow again) and repeat. Do an amount of time that is appropriate to your experience. I finish off by doing some side stretches afterwards. You get a unique stress on the ligaments from that.
Another method is to do your jelqs first, it will fatigue your dick so you can then do whatever stretches you want straight away after.
Of course if all else fails masturbate, ejaculate then 5-10 minutes after stretch. BTC stretching really was a godsend for me though
