Problem wIth my stretches

I can take a firm grip just under the gland and after stretching for 40 seconds or so, the shaft gets quite slippery and I lose my grip. Any advice?

Talcum powder, a sock, toilet paper.

Really anything to help with the grip.

I personally use a rubber glove.
