Problem with Jelqing.

I am stumble upon a problem while jelqing. After 3 - 4 Jelqs, I become flaccid. It’s that alright? If not, what should I do to prevent that?

Use your imagination.

Think of things that really turn you on, and do a reverse kegel before getting fully erect. Rinse and repeat. That’ll keep in you in a semi-erect state for most of the work out.
