Problem with "cool down"

So the purpose for the cool down is to let the heated tissues resolidify at the expanded state. I do girth under infra red and do a cool down at the end. Then I do length stretches under the same bulb right after. Am I affecting my girth gains by reheating what I already cooled down?

I would think that if you primarily want length, the you should do as you have been doing, and finish the session by cooling down in a stretched state(which would be cooling down for a 2nd time).

If however your main goal is girth, I would do it the other way around, length work first(ending with a cool down an an extended state) follow by a girth workout(finishing with a cool down in an expanded state).

Your body tends to adapt mostly to the last stimulus placed upon it.

I honestly don’t see how there can be any benefit from a “cooldown”. I think people are under the impression that human tissue is like some kind of chunk of iron that you can heat up and mold to your liking, and then cool it off to “set it”. Pretty sure it doesn’t work like that, and that the only thing that cold temperature does to human tissue is reduce blood flow, inflammation, and metabolic activity.

Cool Down - YES You NEED It!

The only issue I have found with doing length first is by the time I’ve done all my manual stretching, the skin of/behind my glans is pretty tender. Then when I go to do girth, which requires lube/masturbation/edging, it is sensitive and distracting.

I will just stick with length at the end. Thanks guys.
