Hi everyone! Finally I could register to make a question that was already bothering me since I started PE 2 months ago.

I am doing the newbie workout with 10min stretching, 15min 3sec jelqing and 5min warm up/down.
But I only get this “pump state” (larger flaccid hang lasting all day) where your flaccid penis is bigger after a PE workout only for some minutes (about 10min) and then it is back to normal. Far away from 1 hour or even the whole day. But I don’t even get the 10min pump effect every time, most of the time it’s back to normal after the workout.
I only get harder and longer lasting morning wood. Morning wood also occurs more often. Should I get it every morning?

What should I do? Increase jelqing time? Should my fingers/hand hurt after jelqing? Do you also get any gains, even if you don’t get the pumping effect after workout?

I hardly get the plumped penis state for more then 15~20 minutes too and still have gains. Also, after I cum, while most people say they tend to turtle a little, on the other hand, my penis gets real hung for a long time. If your morning wood and EQ overall is getting better, there’s no need to worry about one single PI that’s your not getting. Focus more on the indicators that you are perceiving.

Keep doing what you’re doing. It’s not necessary to get the pump effect. The list of PI’s in Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth! is meant as a guideline. It’s not necessary to get every single positive PI to make progress.

Yeah mine is the same way but I don’t worry too much about it. I am still seeing results in other areas IE: better/more woods, growth in length, a little more girth, veins, and confidence the last one being the most important. Keep on P.Eing


My starting stats, NBPEL 5.75", BPEL 6.75", MSEG 5.00" Most guys walk up and stick it in, when I'm finished here I'm going to stick it in and walk up :)

Whats your experience if you extend jelqing time? Maybe I should try 25min instead of 15min? I just don’t want to over do my unit, but maybe I need just more jelqing in order my unit stays more pumped. Is this possible? Any experience with this theory?

You guys are right on track with your responses, good job.

The larger flaccid I find is when you nail it just right. A little too much or too little and you don’t see it. Is it necessary for growth? I don’t think it is. Do most guys that are growing see it? I don’t know for sure, but I suspect most do.

Take me for example ( really sensitive to PE) 10 minutes of water pumping will just begin to produce it, 15 minutes is too much and will see very little of it. So, for me about 12 minutes will nail it, but maybe 3 days in a row is too much and it will disappear again. So, for me about 2 on and 1 off will give me a large flaccid for most of the time.

HOWEVER, after a couple weeks, I might have to move up to 14 minutes! You have to remember your physiology is a moving target! For some of us, the target is very small, others very large. The trick is to work up slow and carefully observe YOUR reactions. When you begin to grow, take very careful notice of all your PIs and EQ and that will help you reproduce gains in the future.
