Problem doing 2 days on-1 day off routine
Though I am new to this site, I am not a newbie totally to PE program. I did stretching and jelqing for 10 months on 1day on/1 day off basis. Sometimes I took 2 days off too.
Recently I tried to make it a bit tighter so that in future I can make it 5 on/ 2 off. My problem is that I usually have tingly feeling and I can’t get maximum erect size even 24 hours after jelqing. I also warm up before jelqing. Another mentionable thing is that I try to jelq more than semi erect condition, but not fully erect so that it helps in girth gain.
Right now as I am writing this post, I feel a little pain in my penis though I jelqed yesterday after a day off. Now I don’t feel like doing any jelqing tonight, though my intention is to follow 2 days on/ 1 day off routine.
What should I do now? Going back to older plan or changing something of my exercise?
