Pro-Enlarger

Hey, a few questions. First is, after 2-3 weeks of the Newbie Routine would my penis be fit enough to use the Pro-Enlarger device? Also, if anyone else has a Pro-Enlarger, mine came without a manual, and I would like to know the right way of putting it together as to not possibly injure myself.
