How on earth am can I do PE while I am going to college and living in the dorms? Also, is there a good way to get girth throughout the entire penis… like the part that isn’t exposed as well?

should i worry about hot wraps and streching?

Due to the nature of my routine (stealth and piecemeal) I don’t hot wrap at all, but I would if I could. If I had the privacy and time I think I would do two 30 min workouts a day five days a week complete with hot wrap. But because of my peculiar circumsatnces I do 5-10 min at a time for a total fo about 45 min work a day and it has been effective (1 5/8” gain in length and 1/2” in girth).

What should I do if I am just starting out? Should I split up the newbie routine into shorter periods?

Why dont you enroll in modemmers experiment (group B I think)

since he has two groups one a newbie workout all at once and one group with it split up into 5 mini workouts to try to get some idea which approach has a better track record for gains. If you don’t maybe you could copy the group B (I think) workout and just use it.
