Well I started out with light pressure for 1 hour a day, for maybe 1.5 month. Then I got to max pressure and did 3 hours a day for 6 months with some rest days. After that I added 1.25 inch bars and carried on for maybe 2 months. In the end I used so much tension that I got a cleavage in my “head” :P
I didn’t see any gains so after that I just wore it now and then until this day.
But do you think I need to add more jelqs and stretches to the newbie routine ?
