I have been using a extender on and off for 1.5 year. I am a new to manual PE, so I’m starting with the newbie routine for now.

I have not gained with the extender and if I have it`s not noticeable. Should I add more stretches then the newbie routine advices ?

Should I add more jelqing ?

Well if you haven’t gained with the extender than by all means you need to switch to Jelqing/squeezing and give the extender a rest. I’m amazed you didn’t gain anything? Did you wear it enough, you can’t get gains if you don’t put in the time.

Well I started out with light pressure for 1 hour a day, for maybe 1.5 month. Then I got to max pressure and did 3 hours a day for 6 months with some rest days. After that I added 1.25 inch bars and carried on for maybe 2 months. In the end I used so much tension that I got a cleavage in my “head” :P

I didn’t see any gains so after that I just wore it now and then until this day.

But do you think I need to add more jelqs and stretches to the newbie routine ?

Since you have been wearing that thing for so long you can most likely jump up in the amount jelqing rather quickly but start out with the basics and see how you feel.

Yeah.I will start with the newbie or the linear newbie routine. Then add jelqes and stretches if I don’t feel a pump or get a good lig stretch.

But then again the extender only stretches my ligs up or down, and don`t bring any blood to my penis so it is not that similar.
