I can never get a grip on my penis good enough to hold a stretch for more than like 10 secs. My hands have to be really dry if I want to stretch for a long time, but that almost never happens and even if I get my hands dry, they’ll go back to normal after some minutes. Any tips?

Try to use some cosmetic towels to have a better grip.

I had the same problem and was advised to use some microfiber cleaning cloth, the kind you use for glasses. It works pretty well.

I have the same issue. It’s hard for me to get a grip without either the shaft skin simply moving over the glans instead of a good stretch of the internals, or slippage.

When I first started PE, I used to grab just beneath the glans (as a kind of stop) and I would experience some slippage. Now I grab .5 - 1” below the glans, and I feel a better stretch, not just the skin stretching. I also alternate hands and quickly blow on them to dry them. If it’s a little warm, I’ll have a fan blowing in my direction. This has been working for me.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
