Preventing foreskin stretching

I’m uncircumcized and I already have plenty of foreskin. I read some posts about PE (especially jelqing) increasing foreskin and I don’t want anymore. I did a search but nobody had any solutions.

Is there anything that I can do to prevent my foreskin from being stretched and growing more?

Another question that I want to ask that I won’t make a new thread for:

Is the baseball effect inevitable? I am already slightly narrower at the base and I don’t want it to get more pronounced. I did a search and they recommended pumping/clamping/hanging for base girth I think, but I’m not willing to do any of that. I’m just sticking with manuel stretching, jelqing, and maybe some of the other manuel techniques like horse 440s. I jelq as close to the bottom as I can. Anyone jelq this way and avoid the baseball effect? How common is it?

If you can retract yuour foreskin then you should retract, and hold it against your stomach whilst you are jelqing. It will mean one handed jelqs. But that’s the way it goes!.

You could try reverse jelqs on the area that is thinner. ie. start a jelq from the glans and mov it down to the start of where your penis gets thinner at the same time doing a kegal to force blodd into the penis . In this way you are effectively pushing blood into the thinner area, which may inflate it..

But you may have to finish up doing some pumping to do the job.

Perhaps I should have said hold it against your body.

Say, With your left hand with your penis between two of your fingers, pull your foreskin towards the base of your penis and hold it firmly there, so that the foreskin is stretched and held fast. Then jelq along the shaft with your other hand using the OK grip.

If you want to dry jelq then you will pull the fore skin along as you jelq, but it won’t be stretched, But you will have to pull the forskin back towards your body again, before repeatng the jelq.

I’d never even though of jelqing and trying to hold my penis against my body, this is something new to me. Sounds like this would be more suited to lying down than standing? I’ll try it.

However I’m still trying to work out how you’d do an OK grip and have penis against you.

I am also uncircumcised and I had the same concern as you when I started PE.

The technique I use is to do stretches by holding the shaft underneath the head. I also stop short of the glans when doing jelqs. I don’t pull the foreskin back during workouts and it never gets pulled if you do things this way.

No! UK Joe.

You are not holding your penis against your body. You are holding your foreskin against your body. Your penis should be ‘sticking out’ away from you forwards

The jelqing is done as normal. All you are doing is preventing your foreskin from being moved forward.

It’s rather like taking a pee in a urinal. I imagine you pull your foreskin back off the glans. And have your penis facing (if that’s the right word!) forward. So for the exercise, pull your foreskin all the way back to your body as much as you can!
