Pretty simple PE question.

Pretty simple PE question.

Although simple I need help, so some people say 20 mins a day of PE is enough. Does that mean 20 mins of say the basic OK grip exercise or does it mean the whole session like 5 min warm up, 10 stretch and 10 min or so OK grip which = 25 but, anyway so which one is it. I ask because after a to long of a break I started PE again tonight as I noticed some gain from my last experience couple months back.

20 minutes a day is fine bro, warm up as long as you want to then do some wet jelqing for 20 minutes and then warm down. Make sure your strokes are 3-4 sec long, you don’t even have to stretch.. This is the routine I’m doing right now and it is pretty effective. I gained .25” in length And girth in a month and a half from this routine. At first I didnt exercise everyday, I did every other day for three weeks and then I switched it to 10 minutes of wet jelqing 5 days on 2 days off for 2 weeks. Hope you see the same results I did or even better my man.
