Pretty Quick Gains
I’ve noticed a good 1/4 inch of girth gains in just two weeks of PEing! It’s excellent. I’ve noticed that if you have a feel for the way your body responds to things (working out for example) you should get good gains from PEing. I think I’ve been doing my own kind of thing, but I’m not sure. Its kind of like a hybrid of clamping, wet jelqing, “PC” muscle (actually BC muscle) exercises, and masturbating. When I notice my dick getting super hard while I’m jerking off, I clamp at the base with my left hand, and jerk off my now rock hard dick. I will do a strong “PC” muscle contraction, and just as I feel the blood rushing into my base, I let up on my clamping hand just a wee bit, just enough to increase the blood pressure in the rest of my shaft and head. I immediately seal in the blood with my left clamping hand. I then relax the “PC” muscle. I proceed to jerk off, making sure to press relatively firmly on the sides of the cavernosa. I bend it a tiny tiny bit too. This is all with 100% erection. I am VERY careful doing this. It’s a beautiful feeling when I can finish myself off and lightly let up on my left hand. I shoot very strongly after this workout! I am loving this workout. I haven’t measured my length recently though as I am not too concerned with gaining length. I want some thickness!
Anyone do something like this before? I have already noticed a heavier, thicker flaccid size, and a few female classmates looking at my bulge.
