I’ve noticed a good 1/4 inch of girth gains in just two weeks of PEing! It’s excellent. I’ve noticed that if you have a feel for the way your body responds to things (working out for example) you should get good gains from PEing. I think I’ve been doing my own kind of thing, but I’m not sure. Its kind of like a hybrid of clamping, wet jelqing, “PC” muscle (actually BC muscle) exercises, and masturbating. When I notice my dick getting super hard while I’m jerking off, I clamp at the base with my left hand, and jerk off my now rock hard dick. I will do a strong “PC” muscle contraction, and just as I feel the blood rushing into my base, I let up on my clamping hand just a wee bit, just enough to increase the blood pressure in the rest of my shaft and head. I immediately seal in the blood with my left clamping hand. I then relax the “PC” muscle. I proceed to jerk off, making sure to press relatively firmly on the sides of the cavernosa. I bend it a tiny tiny bit too. This is all with 100% erection. I am VERY careful doing this. It’s a beautiful feeling when I can finish myself off and lightly let up on my left hand. I shoot very strongly after this workout! I am loving this workout. I haven’t measured my length recently though as I am not too concerned with gaining length. I want some thickness!

Anyone do something like this before? I have already noticed a heavier, thicker flaccid size, and a few female classmates looking at my bulge. I was actually talking to one girl and she couldn’t help herself from glancing at least 5 times! Smirking wide as hell, acting weird and trying to disguise it. I’ve also noticed a bit more difficulty penetrating my girlfriend, even though she was very wet when I tried to go in. I am convinced that this method is very good for my penis type.

You would have to be careful doing these. It’s known as a jelq squeeze. They are pretty prone to injury, especially for someone with only two weeks of PE. Watch particularly for burst veins, which will often appear as a huge bruise like circle. The only problem with this approach is when you hit the point of injury, you’ll have to take time off then you’ll find that you have to be super careful to not get injured again and then you lose any gains you got.

I will stress the fact that I am very, very careful when doing these. I never feel pain, maybe a faint soreness in the morning. I started doing this exercise because it felt right. It was comfortable and I felt pressure along the inside of my cavernosa without the uneasy vein overload I felt with wet jelqs. Is it normal to notice gains so quickly after starting?

I think I’m going to start off doing these only once every three days to avoid from hardening my shaft. Since I have already noticed gains, I don’t want to push it. I have an idea of what’s going on anatomically and I feel that someone starting off like me shouldn’t be overzealous with these. I want to form micro tears in the tunica, evenly spread out around my shaft. To achieve this I will be waiting every three days so just as some areas are becoming stronger, I exercise again and this will selectively break down the weak areas.

Maybe in a month or two I’ll start exercising daily. Great to know that I’m one of the people who are susceptible to PE! Thanks for the warm welcoming!

Rushing to the end of the race are we? i honestly think that 90% of the people here will tell you its a pretty advanced routine, including myself. But hey, if you like walking on the edge of a cliff thats up to you.

Well I’d assume that “rushing to the end of the race” would be a saying to describe someone who is going right to the top, hungry for results. Someone who purposely chooses the hardest difficulty setting when they play a game. But actually, this is an exercise that [I thought] I made up myself, without prior knowledge to PEing. It felt natural. It was, in my opinion, just a good way to give my dick a good pump.

Interesting though how people are so quick to pass judgement.

I don’t think MisterN or I are trying to be dicks. Some people gain quickly and that’s good. Some people push the edge and get away with it, that’s good. PE is all about the edge.

When you start it’s harder to know where the edge is and the penis changes so much in the first few months to allow for more extreme forms.

I’m glad you know your anatomy, it’s an important part. Pain is also a great indicator but some injuries you walk into without hitting any pain on the way.

Heat is really good for making you as elastic as possible.

Going right to the top, or to rock bottom. You know real races can end up with you flipping with your car and being fried by all the oil.
I was only saying you should be careful. PE is not a game, you only have one dick, and its more delicate than it seems or feels.
Just looking out for you man.

It all sounds very exciting

It’s not just about injury. It’s also about being able to follow a steady intensity progression for as long as possible. A big part of the reason we always suggest that people start as light as possible is that this optimizes your potential for long term success. On the other hand, ramping up intensity too quickly may produce quick results and subsequently stop you dead in your tracks. I comes down to what you choose to believe, really. While we, strictly speaking, don’t know the biological explanation behind PE gains, some anecdotal evidence does suggest that early high intensity could diminish future gains (most people refer to this as “toughening” of the tissue, but again: we do not know what exactly goes on).

In the most extreme case, you’re trading potential sustained growth over the next few years for some short term gains by progressing too quickly. Just something to consider.

I don’t think you need to start over, your posts have been good from the start.

Serenity73 makes a very good point about intensity and points to our lack of knowledge on how exactly this works. That said I started off far more intensely than the newbie routine and caught probably the best curve for growth I could have.

I’m currently at 5.5 inches girth, but I don’t want to update my signature until I’m positive that I have cemented gains. By March 10th I will have taken one week off (will take a break starting March 3rd) and I will report whether or not I have gained any size.
