What is PPP ?

PPP- Pearly Penile Papules. It’s not an STD or infection of any kind, just the wya some skin has formed. Apparently the majority of men have them, but some, such as myself, have more noticeable PPP. Google it for images. Don’t worry, it’s not mentally scarring.

Yes! Let’s hear from people with PPP! I’ve read plenty of posts in plenty of places asking ‘what are these small white bumps…’ etc, but never anyone asking or saying about how to deal with them. I don’t really want to have to recite a line about what they are and that they’re harmless whenever I do anything with a girl. It’d kind of kill the mood.

The people who have PPP have posted pictures in both picture sections. It’s just how some penises have evolved. Who is to say if it is a bad mutation? Maybe you get more pleasure from all those nodules? Maybe the girl does too?
