Pretty Confused by My PI's
Hey everyone, it’s been a while. I’ve been bouncing between here and PE Gym, and been doing their newbie routine for about a month now. For about the first 3 weeks, things were going great.
Positive PIs, a little soreness, great morning/night wood, really good erection hardness quality as well as control.
But in the last week, something kinda odd has happened..
- Getting my EQ up during the workouts has required a bit of work. Normally, I could just start jelquing and by the end of the first round (of five) I’d have a solid, 75% - 80% erection. Lately, it’s been around 60%..
- Morning and night wood has subsided significantly. Most morning I don’t wake up with one.
- My sensitivity is back something fierce. I was at the point that I could pretty much edge non-stop for 5 min at a time, without having to back off from the PONR, but now, just jelquing gets me to that point and I’ll have involuntary kegels. This didn’t even happen when I first started PE’ing.
Some things to know:
- I don’t have any soreness at all and by all indications, there is no way I’m injured.
- I had a forced week off basically because work/life got in the way. I normally train in the evenings, and I was getting home close to 10 so, training was outta the question. It was after this break that things seemed to sort of come off the rail.
- I’ve majorly cut back on my masturbation, thinking nocturnal emissions would “take over” since in the past, not masturbating for almost a week, would cause a pretty intense wet dream, and they’d happen like clockwork every couple days after that.
- I’ve been supplementing with zinc (50mg/day) and Vitamin D drops (2000 IU/day). The zinc because.. Well, to see if I needed it and if it would improve EQ and Vitamin D because it’s the winter and severe lack of sunlight.
- I’ve changed my workout routine from conventional Crossfit to a CF Football template (more focus on straight lifting and strength/power work).
My workouts are as follows:
Warmup:
- 10 min warm sock wrap
- 30 sec static stretching in each direction (up, down, left, right, out)
- 20 helicopter swings
- 20 kegels
- 10 circle spins each direction
Workout:
- 5 min warm wrap
5 rounds:
- 50 ultimate jelqs
- 30 v-jelqs
Edging for between 15 - 20 minutes
Cool down with warm wrap and cold washcloth on scrotum.
Any suggestions? Should I maybe take some serious time off? Like I mentioned before, I’m just over a month into this program.
