I was wondering about the way jelqs should be performed. Should a set of jelqs be performed in a large set 200+ with constant pressure, or is it ok to throw in a uli every 25 jelqs which is what i do? Should you ever let go, or can you relieve the pressure every once in a while? I do the same for jelqs down the shaft with an ok grip at the base, every 25 i throw in a horse squeeze. Should i hold the ok grip at the base for a full set, or is it ok to take it off to alternate hands?

One more quick question, i have read the instructions for uli’s, and i don’t fully understand the instructions. Can you please explain them in your own words how you perform them?


Uli’s were tricky for me to understand too. I never did them.

If you have been doing this for less than 8 weeks or so I think I’d stick to jelq and stretch.
