Pressure question

I’m normally about 5” eg. While in the middle of a jelq it can reach a little over 7. Am I putting too much pressure on it? On this go of PE I havent made it a month yet, so I’m definitely a newbie

How do you take an accurate girth measurement in the middle of a jelq?

Less than a month - jelq with moderate intensity.
Go at it too hard too soon and you’re going to blow out a vein or something.

Everybody’s in such a hurry. This isnt going to happen overnight, takes months/years.

I agree with DarkTrick. Use moderate intensity, be persistent and relax. The gains will come and you will reach your goal eventually.
