I have see a lot of people say that when you jelq you should feel the blood being pushed up the shaft. I don’t really get this sensation, I do however feel pressure in the head when I get to the end of the stroke, is that normal for some people?
It might be that you are jelqing with less of an erection than would be efficacious. The pressure you are feeling in the head should probably also be felt in the shaft. It may however just be that your head is more sensitive (it’s where most of the nerve endings are).

When I first started jelqing in November I noticed as the first entry states. Recently I notice that I get more of an erection with much increasing pressure in the shaft as well as in the glans, the more that I jelq. As a matter of fact I can get myself to nearly a full erection. That is when I edge for a while.
