When you get nuetral PI’s and need to increase your workout. Lets say a week or two. Increasing the workout would mean more pressure or more repitiions?

I’m not sure about more pressure, but an increasing the amount of repetitions would help.

We’re talking Jelqing or something similar right?

Unless you have a calibrated device, the pressure measurements for hand operations are; soft, medium, hard. It’s about as best you can hope for.

Soft is like it belongs to your partner
Medium is like it belongs to you (and you haven’t done this before)
Hard is like it belongs to you (and you know the limits)

However combine that with repititions, which can be infinitely loaded for each ‘pressure’ level and you have months of workout ahead.

Closely scan the member following workouts, for evidence of red spots or other blemishes. They are evidence you may need to step back in your program.

I would say first start increasing the pressure, then the repetitions. When you’re at hard pressure go for 5 minutes of more repetitions. I think this is the best way, I can’t explain it but the experts have always statet this.

When you start Jelqing go for soft pressure for a couple of minutes though, don’t immediately put hard pressure on your dick, warm it up a little bit. And like wentworth said, know your limits! When you start seeing red spots or anything, you know you pressured too hard so you want to go easier on your dick the next time. Just listen to your dick.

Your worry is well founded. Go over to the injuries forum and discover for yourself what over doing it will do.
Ease into it for multiple reasons. Besides injuring yourself, maybe permanently. You also run the risk of over conditioning your dicks response to PE and then wind up with no gains. Read the stuff on reconditioning also. Yes there are a lot of nay sayers out there and then of course there’s also a lot of snake oil salesmen saying a lot of things that aren’t true either while trying to make a buck. This place is unique in that so far no one has ever tried to sell me anything. Don’t even bother trying to tell your friends either, it’s waste of time. I actually sat at a friend’s computer and took him to this site. I thought I was doing him a favor. His rebuttal was so quick and fierce it actually shocked me. Yes PE does work. If you’re cautious and take your time at it. I started at the end of last summer and I got serious about it sometime in November. Since then I’ve managed to increase just shy of a full inch in length but only about 1/4 inch in girth. I was going for length first anyways. I never said anything about it to the wife and I thought I had kept relatively secret about it. Around Thanksgiving time she asked if I was taking vitamins. I would doubt after a week you are ready to intesify things unless you have had previous PE experience. I’d say minimum of following the Newbie Routine hardline three weeks. Even after that I would just start adding a couple minutes at a time at a very comfortable rate. The problem with increasing intesity is that it is very easy to hurt yourself if you aren’t experienced. You go squeezing the life out of youe dick or pulling it to the max and you’ll end up taking some involuntary time off. Just my opinion, I would keep the intensity the same and add minutes. Keep at it, don’t get discouraged. It will work. You just have to learn what works for you. Once you develop your own personalized game plan that takes your situation into account, you will strat to see the gains.

You should have read, if you jelq too hard you will hurt yourself causing the erection to go down.

I think I jelqed too light for a half a year, but atleast I was conditioning it for now. I’m squeezing that ‘O’ grip the size of a pinky and sometimes it hurts just a little, so I back off towards the head.

My advice: try squeezing the O grip hard all the way down into the base and when you’ve got a good grip and pulling out, let up on it so when you’re an inch from the head, your grip slides off easily.
This worked for me. Hope that helps.

I’ve always looked to the glans to see how much it expands. When you’re 100% erect, the glans is filled with blood and is inflated to a certain extent. While jelqing (not fully erect), should I squeeze(jelq) enough to get the glans to that size or a little bigger. If it doesn’t reach that extent, then perhaps I am jelqing too light ?
