Premature

Well, I thought I’d post because I’ve been having this problem for a while.

The title pretty much explains my problem. I am not lasting nearly as long in bed as I want to. On average I can go anywhere between 5 and 10 minutes, and that is on a good day. This is very disappointing, not only to myself but to my partner. I was just wondering is there any stretch or exercise or anything that would help me out with my problem?

Actually ten minutes isn’t bad.

Stretching and jelqing would not have much of an effect when it comes to lasting longer.

Trust me, 5-10 minutes is not premature. Last I checked premature ejaculating meant cumming in under 2 minutes.

A mixture of many reps of kegels, and reverse kegels should help you. Edging for long periods of time also helps.

What exactly do you mean by “edging”? And like I said, 10 minutes is a GOOD day.

Kegels in a woman will help “tighten” her. In a man they will help you control yourself from coming.

With time and practice some men are able to avert the need to cum by kegeling to withstand it and continue. :)
