Guys I have serious premature ejaculation problem. Is it true that kegels will help me with this? How long would it take to manage to do that? Is it ok if I get a little more overexercised in this or could I get injured?

Kegels and edging works wonders for premature ejaculation. there is also a very low risk of injury with these two activities.

Kegels but in a particular way. I suggest this exercise: (Edging) Jerk off until you’re about to ejaculate, make Kegel contractions (is the same if you’re fucking) and stop stimulation for a few seconds. After you avoid orgasm, restart stimulation. Repeat as much as you can. Jerking off this way will train yourself into lasting longer. It’s important to edging whenever you masturbate. Don’t masturbate to just ejaculate, try to enjoy for as long as you can. If you jerk off looking for a quick orgasm, you’ll train your system into premature ejaculation. The same applies to sexual intercourse. It is also advisable to stimulate your glans to desensitize it.

Check out this website: http://www.prematurej.com/. Also add kegeling during jelqing (as shown in the jelqing video). After doing those exercises for some time and you are fairly confident on the strength of those muscles (I.e you can stop-start peeing mid-flow), experiment with this:

Put some distraction and practice (choke the willy), and see how long you can go. Loud distraction may be in form of an action movie or a boring interview or a wildlife documentary (basically some non-sexual thing). If successful in doing it for some time, congratulations, you are on your way to recovery. Always aim for longer time because in the end you know you will still get your jizz. You may even stop jerking if you fell a slight increase in pleasure beyond which you want more pleasure.

How exactly is this working? Can you really desensitize it? Mine is probably too sensitive.

Sometimes more is less? If you work the sensitive areas all the time they beome de-sensitized to an extent. (Probably due to thickening/toughening of the skin over those touchy nerve endings)
