Premature Ejaculation, Kegels, and Positive PI's

Forgive me for this hodge-podge of a post, as it contains a bit of everything.

First, the bad news (problem): I have a severe premature ejaculation problem. I know that it is probably about 50% mental, 50% physiological. The mental is going to take some work, but I know what I must do there. However, from what I’ve read it appears that a long period of kegel exercises should make things better (time frame 6 weeks plus is what I’m reading).

So I’m trying to figure out the best kegel routine for me and the problem. Should I do pulsating holds, long holds and make the longer, etc? How much time each day? I want to conquer this, and I know I can. I don’t care about lasting for hours, but I would like to last 15-30 minutes and have a smaller refractory time.

Second…and the good news….I had my first positive PE session this morning with good signs. I sometimes have a hard time maintaining a really good 50-70% erection during jelqs, but not this morning. My vein structure is looking more pronounced. I am at the end of my second week (tomorrow, actually), plan to measure at the end of 3 on a rest day.

Thanks for the answers to the previous questions.
