I’ve done my fair share of PE in the past and it’s been great, really great. Even after searching for hours, I still have not made up my mind on why I’ve been coming fast recently. For over a year I have had different ideas on what makes people come fast, and what they can do about it. Kegels I think may have actually contributed to making me come faster, but also made me harder at the same time. However that could have just been because I was doing kegels while masterbating (which makes you come faster).

Maybe if I only kegel while I am not masturbating, I can get the best of both worlds? All I know was that months ago I had to try as hard as I could to come with my girlfriend. When we first started having sex months ago I would wait until she came, and then I would have to actually force my self over the edge. It was great, but it wasn’t to last. Now as soon as we start I feel like I am close, and I think it may have something to do with how I kegel while I masturbate and edge. Now I usually last under 5 minutes

Between those two time periods is when I really started doing a lot of edging, and I have heard a lot of other people say that they have gotten PE from PE as well. The other day I lasted maybe 2 minutes and it killed me, I just want to get back what I started with, and if anyone else can help that would be great!

I myself went through that early period as well, it was something that bugged me for a little while but after awhile it’s the fact that you could probably benefit from even more kegels. It’s the long contractions held for a period that helped me to be able to prevent myself from coming when near my point of no return so to speak.

Are you able to kegel with force while edging for at least 5 -10 seconds or so? If you can then you’re well on your way to understanding your own arousal level at least. It’s deceptive too in the point that involuntary contractions can just happen out of the blue sometimes and you just have to be able to control against them. Remember that the PC muscle actually contracts against the force of coming when delivered in the right manner.

Yeah I guess I will try holding it for longer, while edging I usually hold it for 3 seconds or so, but I can easily hold it for 30 so I guess I will just pick it up a bit. Just hope it works!

So you’re saying you hold your kegels at full flex right when you’re at your PONR? That way you have an dry orgasm? I do that but I lose my erection just a bit but it comes back in no time. I always wondered if other people did that. That helps me last longer most of the time.

Or.. Are you saying, you did long kegel exercises, such as 10 second holds with 2 seconds in between 20 times or something like that.

Hey Im on of those who suffered from Premature ejaculation due to kegels. I dug up a few things and I realised that when you kegel, the contraction of the BC muscles exerts some force on the Pelvic region which in turn put a stress on your prostate. Your prostate is what actually triggers the orgasm. So some early stress on it( due to kegel) will make it ready for an Orgasm much faster than it would if you didnt kegel. Kegels were actually suggested to women who has a tough time reaching an orgasm. Now you see the problem. A lot of people here at thunders dont agree that Kegels could cause PE, atleast thats what the poll said. I faced the problem of PE due to excessive kegelling while masturbating. Kegel can become second nature during masturbation and involuntary kegelling was not uncommon with me.

No yeah, a year ago I did them without thinking about it and came quicker, but now I come ever faster and I don’t kegel involuntarily. The thing is I’m not kegeling a whole lot, but I typically just did the 3 second kegels. Here is my theory though.. I would bring myself to the “near orgasm” point to quickly. I would do this very often to edge, I think my body became accustomed to doing this, and so when I started having sex, bam my body would “help me out” and get me there faster! :( So what I am going to try to do is masturbate, but not try to get near orgasm anytime quickly. Actually I’ve read your story before and it confuses me a little. The anal breathing seems a little hard but I guess I could try it. Just, the tailbone muscles are a little hard to find even after you’ve explained them, I think I keep confusing them with the ass muscles. So I might try that a few times, but I think that I am going to stop kegels when I masturbate at all, and only kegel to work it out, outside of masturbating. Well I will keep you posed on if it works or not.

The tailbone muscles are located at the base of the spine. Feel the base of the spine i.e coxyx, The muscles surrounding it are the tailbone muscles.

Nah usually not more than once a day, I would usually only do it that often because I heard about edging making you last longer and so I would do that. Also when I started coming quicker I hadn’t masturbated for 4 days maybe? All I know is that I am not usually as rock hard as I’ve been in the past and I don’t last 1/5 as long as I used to! Concerning kegels, what do you think I should do? Haha I’m 19 years old for god sake!

Edging = step away from an orgasm. What matters here is that shouldnt not reach the PONR quickly. Many people think that edging is about getting to the PONR quickly and then staying a step away from blowing. The point is that you are still gonna cum quickly as you are practising to get quickly to that point of NR. Maybe you should try and get to the PONR as slowly as posible.

Kegels? well stay away from them for a while and see if anything improves. Try not to contract those silly muscles. Try anal breathing if you can. It helped me. Im not sure if its going to help you but its worth a try.

Yeah that’s what I was saying about getting to the PONR slowly, and maybe sometimes not at all. Maybe like 2/3 times I masturbate I won’t even come or get to the PONR. Sounds like it would help to me, I’m just not sure I want to give up Kegels all together because I want it rock hard like it was a while back. My current theory is that as long as you are not trying to kegel when you are masturbating (it stimulates the prostate making you come) then it should be okay and make it a stronger muscle. Haha but who knows. Sometimes PE can be really confusing, just when you think you have it all figured out, your penis throws you a curve ball.

Yeah everything seems to be working great so far, between reverse kegels, anal breathing, and trying to reverse the damage of the involuntary kegels, I think it’s getting a lot better. The only thing is that if I get somewhat close to the PONR anal breathing and reverse kegels don’t work very well. The reverse kegels seem to maybe even encourage my orgasm when I am near the PONR when they usually desensitize my penis when I am not near the PONR. I guess for now I will just stick with staying away from the PONR as long as possible, unless anyone else has anything to say?
