So I had this premature ejaculation maybe a month ago and now I have it again. I don’t get erect so easily than before. But when I get it, I have premature ejaculation. So I was wondering that does it prevent gains?

I’d like to continue my routine and I will add kegels. How do I do them?(I’ve searched but I haven’t understood them, could somebody explain). My routine is 5 min warmup, 10 min v-stretch and 200 jelq moves 3 secs each and they’re very slow.

My grip isn’t too tight. Thank you!

You know the feeling where you move your dick while erect? Well, that’s it haha. The PC is the muscle under there that allows you to move your dick. Just flex that muscle (like doing reps for arms, etc) a certain number of times or whenever you have free time. Helps build control, prevent ejaculation, and increase your “shooting range.”


Measurements (Finally haha):

Starter: FL- 5" 1/8 inches; FG- 4" 1/4 inches// EL- 7" 1/8 inches; EG(Base)- 5" 2/8 inches. On the Newbie Routine (5 streches 30 seconds per/ dry jelq 100 strokes/ wet jelq 200 strokes)

Short Term Goal(6 months): FL-6" 1/4 inches; FG-5"1/2 inches// EL- 8"; EG- 6" 1/2 inches. (Eventually; clamping and more erect wet jelqs)
