Hello all,

Is there a way to predict maximum gain?

Nobody is and/or reacts the same I would say, so are there any characteristics that will let you predict personal results? Body type, age, etc?

I would say the best is your expanded state. Espacially BPFSL. But also clamped girth. Its what you can reach errect I suppose.

I don’t rely on that theory… For instance, I’m pretty sure I have read more than once here about clamping routines that people got more and more expansion plus girth gains over time.

You can absolutely get beyond your expanded state. Just getting to max expanded state is more of solving an eq issue.

In this case I have to agree with Marinera.

I think maximum gains have less to do with physiology and more to do with psychology. If you are obsessed and you build up to 40 hours a week while pushing the envelope, and you plug away year after year, you will have enormous gains if you don’t hurt yourself.

Most of us are unwilling to make that type of commitment.

Yes sure. I rather meant it in a way that your max stretched measurement is what you can achieve, for sure, right now.

Obviously the max stretch is pushed farther when we PE. So I concur that marinera is right and as long as we poush the boundarys we can get more gain.
