Guys,I was reading an interesting thread, and some dudes were saying that masturbating before a routine(length),would open a growth window, pumping hormones and more blood into the penis, while also providing a more flaccid state, which would actually improve gains when it comes to length, though it sound plausible I thought of opening a discussion on it, since there aren’t many people taking about this, what do you guys think, I just felt strange when he said hormones being pumped into the penis, would that actually have an influence?, give your opinion and experience.

Edging after routine too much strain,and semen that keep dripping

Guys I’m starting the newb routine now, I was wondering I’m doing some edging after the plan, should I do it after the warm down, or can I go directly?, is there some strain related issue to it?, and also,these first days I kegel after I feel the semen build up and the orgasm starts to happen, I don’t cum, but some semen comes out, is that okay or should I stop sooner?, thanks for the opinion!

You can go directly to edging from your routine, and even consider it a warm down. A lot of people will find this hard though. They might find if they’ve put everything they should into their routine, that edging afterwards is too much. If that’s the case edging later can be a plan.

Sounds like you are experiencing a retrograde ejaculation.

I have also thought that edging after a routine is like doing more than you need. Over training if you will. Good point.


Started PE 6/14/13. BPEL 6.5", NBPEL 5.5", MSEG 4.75"

After my routine, I will try to attain erection and it will be my scale. 60-80% is my ideal, anything less means overtrain. If it is over 80% erection quality, then will try to maintain erection 10-20 minutes with medium okay grip on the base, similar to clamping, but not as intense. Edging produce too much leaking.
