All my life I have had what seems to be an unusually large amount of pre-cum. I get sopping wet when aroused. (No leaking problems unless aroused) At times, if I get mentally aroused and only a partial erection, I can count on a wet spot in my shorts. The longer the stimulation, the larger the mess.

I have actually had women express concern thinking that I had some sort of STD causing the “discharge”. (Which is not the case)

Am I odd or is this more common than I realize?

If I had never seen erotic literature, I would have no idea what pre-cum is. I’ve never had even the smallest amount.

No, you are not alone. Some have large amounts of pre-cum and others don’t. I was unfortunate enough to have the problem when I was younger and it caused me lots of trouble and really big messes.

For a while I had to change from boxer shorts to Jockey shorts because of it. Not only the slightest sexual arousal would cause it (being young and a bit randy didn’t help things any), but just the rubbing against the boxer shorts would sometimes cause it. Since there was no feeling, most of the time I was not even aware of the discharge of pre-cum until I noticed the wet spots, which were sometimes quite large. However, even when turned on with that “beginning to stir feeling” down below, I would still not be aware of the discharges.

But it is completely NORMAL. When I was in the Navy, I became worried about it because it was staining my white uniforms. The uniform pants were quite tight which caused some friction and caused slight hard-ons. I asked the Navy doctor about the discharge because the Navy was always showing us films and telling us to be careful about VD and STDs. But, I was assured that it was only pre-cum, and was given permission to change from boxer shorts to Jockey shorts (except for inspections, since at that time only navy issue boxers were allowed to be worn). I was told not to worry about it. The problem would lessen with age, and it has. To a certain extent.

I usually start discharging pre-cum when I’m about halfway to an orgasm. I think your situation is rather uncommon, but completely normal. You might have really active Cowper’s glands. On the bright side, I think it might actually be a good thing in some situations, because if you’re ever with a girl that has problems getting wet, you’ll be helping out ;)

I drink about a gallon of water per day. Maybe I should increase that to two gallons.

Yeah me to, it is actually funny you brought this up because I was going to ask the same thing. I get lots of pre-cum when aroused as a matter of fact my s.o does not like it and we stopped playing the other day because of it. It only stops after I cum or the arousal is gone. Sometimes it’s a bit embarrassing. If I stand or walk, at times I will have ropes or shoe strings hanging off the end. I look like a rabid dog foaming at the head, I mean mouth but at least they know I’m into it. It definitely helps with vaginal lubrication. In the past, I’ve had a few girls who would inconspicuously wipe the head with their thumb while giving oral but in my mind, it was a complete waste of time but I guess it made them feel better. I guess I’m lucky in a way, I love wet sloppy BJ’s and it’s my duty and pleasure to help out in any way I can ;-)
