I’m doing the newbie routine and I’m using the “rice in a sock” and stick it in a microwave thing for warming up.
I’ve used washcloths but find the water cools down too fast.
I have a practical issue of actually getting a sock in the microwave for 2 minutes without anyone noticing. It’s seriously affecting my routine at this stage.
Has anyone experienced the same practical issues and what can I do about it?
