Practical issues.

I’m doing the newbie routine and I’m using the “rice in a sock” and stick it in a microwave thing for warming up.
I’ve used washcloths but find the water cools down too fast.

I have a practical issue of actually getting a sock in the microwave for 2 minutes without anyone noticing. It’s seriously affecting my routine at this stage.

Has anyone experienced the same practical issues and what can I do about it?

Yelp, what alexbell wrote. If you can hide something in plane site that is always the way to go.

In fact don’t tell them anything until they ask but let them see you using your home made heating pad on more that one occasion; wrist, neck, etc.

I use a facial sauna and towel to cover it to heat my unit! Seems to work!
