Power of Positive (PE) Thinking

I’ve been toying with the effect positive thinking (including visualization & affirmations) may have on PE. This gets into the spookey area of being a “true believer” but without caring about or wanting to discuss the the underlying mechanisms for the sake of this inquiry, I’m just curious if you’ve experienced:

- Gains and truly expected them
- Gains but did not really expect them (me starting out which changed to the above once I had some gains)
- No gains and truly expected them
- No gains but did not really expect them

To give an example of where this has evolved to, whenever I currently do PE even if for 2 minutes, I recite to myself, “my dick is staying stretched out and healing longer than it was” and when I jelq in the morning I affirm during the process, “my unit is getting longer and wider”, “my EQ is increasing”, etc. At the same time in my mind’s eye I visualize my unit being larger than it is now and dogmatically maintain the mentality that all of the above is being processed by my brain and causing epigenetic changes throughout my mind/body.

Granted for most, this is anecdotal and subjective but that said, have any of you tried this and if so, have you found it to helpful/effective (i.e. there was a time prior to positive thinking and/or affirmations when gains were less and a time after positive thinking and/or affirmations when gains increased)?

Affirmations have worked for me. I listen to vibrational subliminal recordings every night. I have gained faster than ever since I’ve started. Today I marked the high mark of mid-shaft girth at 6.375” which I’ve never seen before.

Personally, I’ve seen stable gains and cementing as I decondition, listening to my subs nightly. They’re acoustic audio, usually with a rain or ocean overlay, that trigger the subconscious mind. I’ve been more inspired and working more often,not only at my personal PE but at helping the community here since I started them early in the year. Or late last year.

Those and hypnosis work wonders for me.

The thing about positive thinking is a bit misleading, since everyone who decide to pull on their dicks do believe somewhere deep inside atleast that they will gain.
They may be very discouraged, conflicted and skeptical, but in the end they are positive about PE, up until they quit.

My point is that the power of positive thinking (to be thoroughly positive about the process), I believe foremost comes from the confidence in which you are performing. With a clear positive mind everything you do is done well, instead of a mind which has to battle doubt.
So every stroke on your dick caries much more potency for growth.

Secondly, to be in a negative state is poor for healing yourself. Stress and stuff is not optimal for recovery. All these chronically negative guys that come post here sometimes probably have the same negative approach to everything they do and not just PE. This behavior will end up significantly affecting your health.

Thirdly, here is the more mystical part about this.
I do believe the way we can affect our body through our mind is in theory limitless (as opposed to just change yourself through physical manipulation).
We like to see everything we are able to do in an instant with our body as actions in which we have control over,
and things we try to do with our body that doesn’t happen instantly as things we have no control over.

So example, only direct actions (like waving your arms around), is seen to be under your control.
But not your dicksize, since you can’t expand it at will. (You have to manipulate it physically and stimulate the cells for extra size). Your natural dick size is in your DNA, so to change that you have to change your DNA.

However, why would it be impossible to stimulate your cells for growth without squeezing your dick?
I do not see that impossibility. And if it can be done then it is done through absolute faith/a thoroughly positive image in your mind, seeing yourself growing - just as confident as when you wave your arms around.
No thoughts, no need for doubt, nothing to wait for.
It is simply done.

This sort of power over yourself would explain so much of miracle healings and mysticism overall, without having to rule out everyone throughout human history who believe in and base their lives around such things - as crazy.
A more extensive view of what influence you have over yourself I believe would close the gap between science and mysticism.



With that said,
for my first month of serious PE, I didn’t feel like it. I didn’t enjoy it. Quite exhausting on the mind to keep doing what you don’t feel like.
I just did it, mechanically, going through the motions. By the book that I wrote for myself.
And I gained 4mm girth. Pretty solid.

So this can be said to be the more negative PE approach. Which for me worked.

Now however I am on the more positive path. Which I still have a lot of work to do on so I can keep a clear positive mind.
But before I am done with PE I should be able to put the power of a positive mind and imagination to the test.

So we will see what happens. But I better keep my perfect dick visions in check so I don’t end up with an elephant trunk or something.


Start stats NBP: 6.7 inches length, 5.12 inches girth.

Goal: 7.0x5.6 // 18x14,3cm nbp

Current: 6.8x5.314

The process of enlarging the penis is a dark tunnel upon entry, but for most the benefits are seen relatively quickly. Quick results will put you in a highly motivated state; which usually translates into rigorous activity. Or, at least, this is what happened to me. It directly correlates to just about any physical workout regimen.

As you focus and understand the dynamics of what causes a larger erection your path is set, and you develop a certain mindset and everything follows accordingly. PE is both pleasurable and demonstrably healthful, so I never intend to quit, it’s just too fabulous. It really does not require any convoluted affirmation, since your penis is getting bigger through the process.

@TG - very cool. I started pre-PE with affirmations I did every morning and evening for productivity & to quiet my mind but in the last couple months have tried a bit of subliminal messages under music specifically for PE - the latter seem more effective than the former. So do you use a program on your phone or do you buy recordings from somewhere?

@Sumbigd - had me chuckling! Probably don’t want an elephant trunk either although wouldn’t mind a 7” tool. Right with you there in regard to possibilities with mind. Read a tome called “Irreducible Mind” by several PHD’s that let one know that something pretty remarkable is going on in our heads besides just muerochemicals and electrical potentials - something in the realm of the quanta where what we think of as normal rules are known not to apply. Not to denigrate anyone’s beliefs but I too wonder if this is what sages have pulled on for their acts of faith down thru time - speaks to a higher consciousness that the brain apparently acts as a receiver for (whether you believe in a diety or whatever). Explains so much.

@Swilltoon - agreed. One wonders about which is cause and which is effect - irrelevant once the loop is started I suppose. Just delighted that I found this knowledge base and this group of folks that share it so freely.

For once a short answer: yes, I use it in PE. Mainly for keeping the right erection level at jelqing. Use it in other physical activities too. And I don’t care if it helps or not, it’s about having a good feeling while you’re doing something.

Youtube has a ton of artists. I use a lady named “MatrixPlay99” and she does subliminals to order. You pick the topics, the affirmations if you want, the music used as a background. She has ample Male Enhancement subliminals available on her page for free and her pricing for custom recordings is reasonable. I use them for all sorts of things: firearms expertise, inspiration, healing an injury, anything I want to work on.

The positive feelings I have about PE now are unlike any I’ve had before and I’ve never been so assured that my goals are reachable and simple than these last few months. Even setbacks don’t hurt anymore. It just helps me move forward better, faster. The high point of my MSEG measure today is just fuel, even though it’s just a high mark, not a new official measurement. I no longer stress about the numbers. I just flow, much easier with the journey happily.

You use subliminals as “overnight” influence. I tend more to use self-influence as technique when I am doing some exercise in a state of complete focus.
I developed the technique without knowing it when practicing target shooting (your field :-) ) I imagined the bullet going through the ten and voilà - it happened.

The difference seems to be a kind of active approach (focus while doing it) versus passive (let the affirmation get in your mind during sleep).

Now do you think this kind of self-hypnosis is more effective than if you focus on the same positive affirmation that you give yourself WHILE doing whatever exercise it concerns?

Consider this. I use the affirmations for my sleep. I visualize it, during my PE and otherwise. Same way I visualize splitting a business card with a bullet but also will listen to my firearms affirmation from time to time to keep the edge sharp also.

I also use actual hypnosis recordings from time to time, Jacqueline Campenelli specializes in those recordings and the ones she has up are fine if you’re into actual audio hypnosis with an induction and trance state.

When I use a subliminal, it is at a time when whatever the topic is…is my only concern. I push the rest out of my mind. Right now I’m healing from a knee injury and all I think about is how good it will feel to get back into martial arts. How much I want to get better and do more with my life and that my knee is the first step. All of the things you mention are important but I use the affirmations to merely guide my mind so that I am honed in on my target sharp and clean and can achieve it faster.

It is simply the passive step I take so that my active steps are strong and purposeful.

I still have PE routines I do. I still brainstorm on PE methods I want to try, (need a damn Vacutech Pulsar pump for one of my important next steps…*sighs*) and put the time in. I put my subliminal on while I PE also, which my recent progress reports show but I’ve been doing for months now, and I make every possible attempt to achieve my goal.

It is the same reason I have All you have to do is keep the faith in my signature. The same reason I’ve written The Mindset of Victory: Create Your Success in PE and Change Your Thinking To Gain At the Next Level. and will repeatedly tell anyone, big gainer, stalled gainer or injured gainer…that it is all mental. All of it. Without my mind at the helm I’d have nothing at all.

So…to answer your question, Richard…I do not know. I do not know which would be more effective because I employ all of these methods at once to maximize my potential. Currently, my energy is mostly focused on healing from an injury right now but…I’m still mentally involved with PE and firearms. I still have things I want to do. But…without that drive, the affirmations that make me feel that drive is so worth doing, without feeling it deep within myself down to my soul, which no recording can give…only you can change…there would be no thoughtfulgold here at Thunder’s Place.

I just have to think about if I want to go for the passive way too. Madame and I share the beedroom and we keep our windows open all the times. She very much loves the sound of water or rain, so that would suit. And we have a lot of birds sitting on our balcony (and waking me up!) and I love that.

So, depending on the subliminal message, either the birds or Madame will get the desire for a big one… :-)

But seriously speaking it could be an interesting approach for working on my motivation/consistency problem.

It is recommended that you use headphones or earphones when possible for subliminals. So if you wear them to bed, it’ll do nicely. I have a nice pair that won’t fall out, give great sound and have a microphone so I can answer my phone if need be.

@TG - thanks for the replies. I suspect that’s many years worth of observations distilled into just a few paragraphs. When I focus on visualizations for work, I find some pretty amazing (getting my ass out of a sling) things happen. Unexpected outcomes that I hadn’t anticipated nor could I orchestrate. Not trying to convince anyone - I just know it works like I now know PE works but as you alluded to, there has to be a belief in your soul that somehow allows the tapping into of this kind of flow. I’m always a little paranoid at what others may put in my head so my phone’s subliminal app lets you self-record and play it under anything else you want to play (of course then you must know how to properly phrase it all) but thanks for the nods on your media & posts - will check out.

@Richard65 - I love that you discovered this approach to life works, quite by accident & experimentation which is just one more validation to me. Your comment about the effect of subliminals on your gal (lol) reminded of when I intentionally tried a rather self-centered subliminal on my wife of which she was not aware or had she known, would not have been in agreement with. Had to do with her sex drive, adventurousness in the sack and desire for me. Didn’t work which takes things back to the premise that one needs to believe this stuff for oneself.

One of the great travesties of PE is that mainstream knowledge tells us it’s not possible. And the vast majority of us start our journeys having to prove to ourselves that PE works and no ill effect comes of it.

On the other hand, this is also cool because we are the lucky few members of this dick pulling club who get to be big even though we started small. A hundred years from now when it’s mainstream, giant PE dicks will be as common as guys getting fit at the gym.
