Which one is better the roller or the sticks.

When using the sticks what do you use to make it slide smooth. Seems like even with lube it would still be rough.

Is there a way to combine the foam rolling to the sticks.

So the foam is not suppose to spin freely, but is it suppose to spin any or not spin at all.

Not at all. And do not use lube. Do a deep dry jelq from the fat pad to the tip, hold and twist and read the threads. Start at the end and read back, the way to read any long thread.
