Hi all,

I’m gonna jump straight in.

I recently purchased a power jelq device, penis master and some gel called enlargel all part of one deal.

I’m fairly new to all of this and I’m trying to build up a good working routine but I’m finding it hard to find exact strategies on how to use the power jelp.
Do I use it on a fully erect penis?with lube?and anyone out there know of good threads I can read about power jelq techniques and how long to best wear the penis master for?

Also whats peoples opinion on routines- 2 days on 1 off, or maybe 4days on 2 off.

If you are a newbie, then put the power jelq away.

It is best to do three months (or more) of manual exercises to condition your penis before getting involved with a machine like power jelq:

or a lighter one, more gentle ramp up:

To easy to hurt yourself with devices if you do not know a lot about your penis. Newbie routine will teach you about your penis and how it responds. Plus you will more than likely get gains from the newbie routine.

If you aren’t a newbie, read the info here in the PE manual about how to use these Jelq devices — there are things you need to watch out for, you don’t want to damage your penis’ dorsal nerve:

Absolutely do not do any exercises, such as jelqing, while you are fully erect. For a newbie this is almost a sure-fire way of hurting yourself.

I agree with Sta-kool. You can probably put the power jelq away for now, but it will come in handy later on.

It’s best to use your hands when you start, not just because its easier on your dick, but also because this way you’ll get a really good feel for your penis, all its intricacies (yes, there are intricacies) and things that make it unique to you. The more you know about your penis and how it responds to the touch of your hand and the variation in pace, pressure and lubrication, the better you will be prepared later on and the less chance you will injure yourself.

I don’t know about that gel, never heard of it. Use it in moderation if it feels good :)

Start with you hands and use the devices when you can no longer gain manually.

I know you already purchased it, but there are a lot of cheaper ways to build some of those devices you mentioned for a fraction of the price. Just for future reference or in case anything breaks.

As for the cream, it would do you more good as a skin moisturizer than a penis enlarger. Total crap.

2 on 1 off, 3 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off….Nobody can tell you what routine is right for you. You have to experiment, see how you react, and then modify it from there. The Newbie Routine is a tested and proven way to go. Just stick with it.

Jelqing, power or otherwise, should be done with a semi-erection: 50-80%

The theory is: Jelqing with lower level erection (50% or so) will tend to encourage length, higher level erections (up to 80%) will tend to encourage girth. The idea is that with less of an erection the Jelqing is akin to stretching, with more of an erection it’s similar to a Uli or clamping. I’d say that’s roughly accurate.

Be advised: the penis is at its most vulnerable when fully erect. This is when the most serious injuries to it tend to occur.

Do not use the Power Jelq on a fully erect penis. If you find you become fully erect in the course of a Jelqing routine the remedy is simple: stop. Wait for a moment or two for the erection to subside to a proper level and then resume.

2 on and 1 off is better.

FYI:

I think you went in for the equipment too soon. I would seriously urge you to consider doing the Newbie Routine for three months and try to make it a consistent practice: that’s the real key to this. The gear is really just bells and whistles. Many members, myself included, report their best gains came from a consistent, dedicated use of the manual exercises in the Newbie Routine.

Try it for three or four months. That’d be my advice to you.
