I apologise in advance if these theories have already been discussed.

During a period of heating using an IR lamp, I suddenly thought: surely by heating specific sides (top,bottom,left,right) without warming the others; we could essentially shape our unit in any way we desire? The heated area would be subject to greater expansion/malleability, it may even be possible to heat specific sections of the same side? I’m aware heat is conducted away from surface tissue but: there would be some temperature difference.

Additionally:

I perform two stretch variants and again: I’m unsure if they’ve been covered previously.

1. After heating, crouch on the floor and stretch your unit downwards until your hand makes contact with the floor (you have to obviously adjust your crouching height, so this is achievable) then: keeping your hand in a fixed position on the floor, attempt to stand up from the crouched position, obviously regulating the force as to not cause injury.

2. During standard manual stretches, I sometimes pull my stomach in and away from the direction of the stretch; this seems to produce a more focused lig stretch but: I may just be confusing it with increased skin tension.

Interesting.. I guess keep doing it and tell us if you get any results

Hey guys I’m wondering. How hard should I pull my ligs. It feels kinda good when I stretch out the lig and I feel it inside. Should I do it so that I feel it prominently, or do it so that I feel the minimum amount of pull as possible.

Your theory would be fine if your penis was made of wax. Heat adds nothing to growth, it will provide a level of comfort and thermo regulation effects.

I meant in combination with exercise LS :) heat has been proven to aid growth when combined with stretching exercise (the rat tail study comes to mind)

Any kind of heat reduces your sperm count, but once the heat is removed, the sperm count will recover. Heat does not permanently reduce sperm count.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Heat makes it much easier for your tissues to expand and stretch and that’s why heat and PE go hand in hand, or perhaps hand on cock. :)


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

The tissue expands as a regulatory action to the heat but any additional effect is purely psychological, if it makes you feel good and you like to engorge the tissue you can have a lot of fun with heat. If all you want to do is get permanently larger, it does nothing IMO.

What does that means? We want the tissue expands and stretch, what are those other ‘psychological effects’ you are speaking of?

If I’m not mistaken, IR heat has been documented to provide accelerated healing to damaged tissue. I know theres a thread about it around here somewhere that I was reading.

To begin with: it’s easy enough to protect your balls using a cloth or a sock from IR.

As far as I’m aware: heat directly causes tendons and other tissues to become more malleable, as a result of molecular excitement; (nothing to do with your favourite porn) which seems to suggest that specific heating would allow greater expansion from exercise in the heated areas and subsequently more gains.

I thought the only point in heating your dick up was so it heals quicker.

Heat is the difference between hitting fatigue in your first, or second set, as opposed to your fourth or fifth set.


I'm consistent in spurts, but gains are undeniable!

2007: BPEL 5.5" / MSEG 4.7" / BG 5.5"

2017: BPEL 6.8" / MSEG 5.3" / BG 6"

I don’t see how either exercise is viable. They both seem like more complex versions of pre existing exercises. But if they work for you, keep it up.
